IET Professional Registration is awarded based on knowledge, competence and commitment to professionalism. Reaching Chartered Engineer (CEng), Incorporated Engineer (IEng) or Engineering Technician (EngTech) status is a fantastic way to demonstrate to your peers and employers that you are a professional within your field, confirm that you are a competent engineer or technician and to gain international recognition of your qualifications.

Our guest speaker Brian Farman will explain what it takes to become professionally registered. Brian is now retired, but previously worked for GE as Global Leader Controls and Automation/Engineering Director. Our very own Sean McCabe will also briefly talk about his own experience in reaching Chartered Status.
