Young Rail Professionals is pleased to announce the results of our 2026 National Board elections.
A huge thank you to everyone who stood for election and to all members who took the time to vote. YRP is built on the energy and commitment of volunteers across the rail industry, and it is fantastic to see such strong engagement from our community. Thank you to our corporate members without whom, we could not deliver the depth and breadth of the YRP programme.
Your incoming YRP Board of Directors, taking office from 1 April 2026, will be:

- CFO Victor Poznyak
- CTO Michael Haigh
- CCO Aaron Smith
- CPO *There was no candidate for Chief Project Officer, and the incoming Board will appoint someone to this role after 1 April.
