Young Rail Trips is all about thinking bigger — exploring the railway beyond borders and building a truly global perspective.
Our previous tours have taken members behind the scenes of some of the world's most advanced and fascinating rail systems. Through a mix of technical visits, expert-led sessions and cultural experiences, delegates gain unique insight into how different countries design, operate and innovate their railways.
These trips don't just build knowledge — they build networks, confidence and lasting connections with peers and professionals from across the globe.
Inspiring, eye-opening and often unforgettable, Young Rail Trips equips our members with fresh ideas and a broader outlook; helping them bring new thinking back into the UK rail industry.
