The North East and North West regional committees bring a series of careers focused events in July. These events are for those interested in or in the early throws of their railway careers.

Director and senior level railway colleagues speak about the trials and tribulations of their varied careers with valuable lessons which their former (early career) selves would have been grateful to have known.
