Alex Hynes is Managing Director of Scotland’s Railway, leading the teams at ScotRail and Network Rail Scotland. He has wide-ranging experience within the rail industry, having previously worked as Managing Director of Arriva Rail North Ltd, Northern Rail and The Go-Ahead Group, and in roles within London Midland and the Office of Rail Regulation.
