Public transport in the West Midlands is going through the biggest upgrade and transformation in years with the extension and upgrade of many routes and stations. One of the flagship projects in the region is the New University Station Project which will provide a new Station Building to accommodate the future rail passenger growth and as a gateway to the world class Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham and equally world class University of Birmingham Campus.

 

On the 27th of May at 17:30 we are delighted to be joined by Tony Mendez (West Midlands Combined Authority - Project Manager) where he will outline what it takes to get to the position to manage a project like University Station and give us an outline and update of the project so far.
