Liam Henderson from the Rail Innovation Group is going to discuss their recent project investigating using existing passenger rolling stock to deliver parcels to city centers in the ‘Parcels as Passengers’ project. David Hibbs from Sustrans is going to be discussing looking beyond the train – how the railway can help create a low carbon transport system (or undermine it).
