YRP Wales, in conjunction with Women in Rail Wales and TSSA (Transport Salaried Staffs' Association), is delighted to announce this session on #FlipYOurThinking.

Join this session to learn more about #FlipYourThinking, which has been developed as part of the TSSA industry leading allyship toolkit. The concept behind #FlipYourThinking is to consider conversations and interactions from both sides and to equip people with the skills to challenge discriminatory language or behaviours.

This resource is designed to help people develop skills to challenge discriminatory language or behaviour and provides advice on how to respond if you are challenged by others. The application of this resource is not limited to allyship and can be applied to any circumstances that involve conflict or the need to challenge or be challenged.

Speaker

Amy Keirl is an Organiser at TSSA responsible for delivering strategy that enables people to build their skills and understanding around allyship. She co-leads TSSA’s Inclusive Rail campaign and leads TSSA’s equality work at Network Rail.
