Network Rail' Accelerated Leaders Programme (ALP) consists of 2 high potential development programmes:

Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) - designed for high potential frontline/individual contributors or team leaders who have the potential to become senior mid-level managers/leaders over the next 3-5 years.

Leadership Exploration and Development Programme (LEaD) - designed for high potential mid-level management roles who have the potential to become senior level managers/leaders over the next 3-5 years. Find out more about the eligibility and selection process.

Starting in January 2023, participants will undertake face to face modules as well as an industry sponsored business project/initiative to foster cross industry collaboration and culture change. Content is focused on understanding the railway as a system.
