Join YRP on a guided tour of the London Transport Museum Depot! Comprising 6000m2 of climate-controlled storage space, the LTM depot houses 370,000 items of the London Transport Museum’s collection, including operational trains, trams, buses, and other historic transport artefacts. We will be given a guided tour of the depot by Graham Neil, former head of vehicles at Transport for London, now head of heritage operations at the London Transport Museum. Meet at Acton Town station at 16.45 as the museum depot site cannot be publicly accessed. Spaces are limited to 17 people on a first come, first served basis. Please let the organiser know if you can no longer attend. The museum depot is fully accessible, but some vehicles may not be. Please contact the organiser if you have any specific requirements. For any queries please contact Luke Brennan (lukebrennan@tfl.gov.uk)
