The YRP East Midlands EDI event looks to champion equality, diversity and inclusion across the UK rail sector. A diverse and inclusive workforce brings significant benefit to businesses and the industry as a whole. This event features six panellists who will be talking across the following topics: LGBTQ+, Women in Rail, Early Careers, BAME, Accessibility, the Importance of ED&I in rail and some of the Challenges the industry faces.
