The renowned YRP Politics In Rail returns for yet another year!

Join YRP as part of Rail Week 2022 for an interesting and informative debate about the rail industry.  Politics in Rail is a cornerstone of the annual YRP events calendar, and this year we have some great speakers lined up for you.  Already confirmed are:

  • Gareth Dennis - Railway engineer and writer, and host of #RailNatter
  • Andrew Haines - CEO, Network Rail
  • Nick Kingsley - Executive Editor, Railway Gazette International
  • Steve White - MD, Southeastern Railway
  • Christine Quigley - Director (Public Affairs), Grayling

Join us for an enlightening evening of discussion encompassing the future of the rail industry, including the role of politics and media within it!  There will be the opportunity to ask questions and get involved in the debate.

There will also be an informal networking session at the start of the event, accompanied by refreshments.

 

 

Location

This will be an in-person event kindly hosted by the Railway Industry Association (RIA).  The event is located at their offices right in the heart of Westminster.

 

Timescales

The agenda for the evening is as follows:

  • Doors Open: 18:30
  • Informal Networking: 18:30
  • Introductory Statements: 19:00
  • Debate Start: 19:15
  • Event End: 20:00
  • Post Event Networking: 20:00
