Young Rail Professionals (YRP) and Network Rail are hugely excited to introduce this years edition of the ‘Welcome to Rail Induction Programme!’ This is series of presentations has been developed to give new or early career railway professionals a broad, but detailed introduction to key aspects of the railway industry, how it works and what some of the upcoming opportunities and challenges may be. As well as these virtual events, we plan on hosting a series of in-person regional networking events early next year for attendees, speakers and guests to meet each other and develop new networks across the industry. This year’s programme comprises of 6 virtual events, taking place between November and December 2022, and hosted by a star line-up of technical experts and senior leaders from across the industry sharing their extensive experience and knowledge with us.
