Over a packed couple of days this tour will offer you the opportunity to visit a number of rail and cultural sites in the South Wales area, including Cardiff Castle. There will also be a social evening on the Friday night with the Young Rail Professionals Wales branch where you can get the chance to network with colleagues.

Included in the price is travel between sites on the tour, entry fees for cultural activities provided as part of the package, and two-nights accommodation based on twin-sharing.

The tour is priced at £125 per delegate. Tour delegates are to meet directly in Cardiff at the Hotel on Thursday 23rd March. Travel to/from Cardiff is not included within this package. The tour will finish on Saturday 25th March following a visit to Cardiff Castle after which delegates are free to make their way home.

Places on the tour are first come, first served. If the tour sells out, you can register your interest to be on the reserves list by emailing youngrailtours@gmail.com with your name, organisation, professional memberships (such as Institution of Mechanical Engineers / Institution of Railway Signal Engineers etc.). Reserves will be contacted in turn should extra spaces become available.
