Creating Great British Railways

Ambitious changes are coming to Britain’s railways, to help solve today's challenges and make rail simpler and better for years to come.

In this session, you catch up on the latest developments with regards to rail reform and the work underway to create Great British Railways.

Rufus Boyd (GBRTT) will outline how GBR will give clear, long-term direction and join up decision making across the rail system.

He will focus on implications for whole system thinking in incentives and service contracts, the crucial role of the supply chain in innovation and delivery, as well as the ever thorny issue of how to manage Research Development and Innovation.
