Suzanne Donnelly is on secondment to the GBRTT leadership team as the director responsible for the Passenger Revenue team, which builds on the capabilities of the Rail Revenue Recovery Group (RRRG) set up in early 2021. Recovering and growing revenue is critical to the financial sustainability of the railway. Therefore, Suzanne has a twin focus – bringing the industry together delivering meaningful benefits now, while laying the foundations for Great British Railways to maximise revenue opportunities in the years ahead. With 18 years of rail experience in various commercial roles – most recently commercial director for LNER – and 11 years prior in the airline sector, Suzanne’s brings a wealth of expertise in the development of customer focussed, commercially viable and competitive commercial strategies, as well as products to grow customer volumes, frequency and spend and drive modal shift from less sustainable modes of air and car.
