Join YRP North West and Alstom for a tour of Longsight Depot in Manchester where trains are maintained for Avanti West Coast, TransPennine Express, Northern, and several other operators.

During the two hour visit, you will see the various sheds at the depot and meet engineers and technicians who work hard maintaining the fleet. There will be ample opportunities to ask questions and learn about the various career opportunities in fleet maintenance.

Please note that this is an active depot and when attending this tour, you must wear the PPE provided and follow instructions from depot staff at all times. Please provide your shoe and vest size during registration.

Please meet at the security gatehouse (which is located just off Pottery Lane behind Ahmed Brothers Wholesale, What3Words address ///hours.flames.ideal) at least 10 minutes before the event start time
