 Join the Young Rail Professionals and the ICE Early Careers Network in the East Midlands region for an insight to working on rail infrastructure. This event will showcase projects and experiences from four rail early career professionals, covering civil engineering, geotechnics, permanent way and gauging technical disciplines.
The speakers will include: - Adel Saad, industrial placement student, Mott MacDonald
- Thomas Fox, project engineer, DGauge
- Benediction Mbaya, industrial placement student, Mott MacDonald
- Zane Sewell, apprentice permanent way engineer, AtkinsRéalis
The speakers will present on subjects such as, rail infrastructure design, highlighting the importance of understanding the relationship between vehicles and infrastructure as well as safety aspects within railway. This will include a valuable networking opportunity for those with an interest in rail infrastructure after the presentation. There is also an option to join online for the presentation.
