Join the YRP East Midlands Committee for a presentation on Standardising Engineering Change delivered by Stephanie Coates.

Stephanie Coates is the Head of Engineering and Products at Fishbone and leads the management and delivery of engineering/innovation projects and digital product development, supporting a wide range of clients including asset owners, operators and the supply chain. 

She is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow with the IET and has worked across various parts of the rail industry, with experience in rolling stock, light rail, signalling and infrastructure.

She will be discussing how we encourage cross industry information sharing and its benefits in the management of rolling stock engineering change, with a focus on early identification of issues using data analysis to inform preventative measures.
