Chandra Morbey
Chandra Morbey is a pragmatic project director with a focus on teams, collaborative processes and great communication to enable delivery of complex projects. She is a Chartered Engineer and Project Management professional. With over 30 years in the rail industry, she has a depth and breadth of experience in managing projects in rolling stock design and manufacturing, new build introduction, maintenance and overhaul and asset management. She works as a Project Director at Enspired Consulting, helping a range of Clients with their projects.

Russell Lipscombe

Russell has nearly 40 years of project management experience. His previous roles have included the Electric Ship Manager for Rolls-Royce, project manager for a factory transfer in the food industry, as well as the lead for the Project Management Office at Porterbrook. Russell is passionate about continuous improvement and making changes that have a real impact on business performance for profit and not-for-profit organisations. Russell has been nominated for the YRP Mentor of the Year 2025 for his work with the graduate team at TXM Consult.
