YRP L&SE in partnership with Vextrix present a visit to the Radlett Strategic Freight Interchange!

The vision for SEGRO Logistics Park Radlett is to create 335,000 sq m of state-of-the-art, sustainable logistics space, enabled by a Strategic Rail Freight Interchange (SRFI) on site, enveloped in 600 acres of managed woodland, conservation grazing and public country park.

Vextrix was appointed to act as the Client representative for the Network Rail Interface to support SEGRO’s client structure, managing the delivery of all aspects of the rail interface on their behalf. They now provide the role of NEC Supervisor on the scheme, ensuring build quality and adherence to the contract requirements.

We invite you to join us to see first-hand the development in progress at the UK’s only modern rail freight facility, which will serve London and the M25 region.
