5 Ways to Look After Your Wellbeing and Mental Health

This interactive session will explore strategies for developing sustainable habits that support overall wellbeing in both personal and professional settings. Participants will gain the ability to:

  • Identify five distinct approaches to wellbeing that can be effectively managed.
  • Recognize the indicators and symptoms associated with poor wellbeing and mental health.
  • Develop a personalized action plan aimed at enhancing individual resilience.

The session will be led by Wendy McCristal – MSc CEng CIEHF – Managing Director. Wendy is an experienced rail human factors professional and rolling stock engineer with over 25 years of experience in project delivery, service, and business development. Prior to establishing The Mental Wealth Company, she held various roles in the rail industry. Through The Mental Wealth Company, Wendy now provides business coaching, training, and wellbeing consultancy services to organisations, teams, and individuals.

It will be hosted at The The Mental Wealth Company from 12:00-13:30 (with a free lunch)
