YRP L&SE and WSP present a talk on Human Factors and Ergonomics in the railway. We will be joined by a WSP Human Factors specialist who will share their knowledge and experience of applying Human Factors in the rail industry.

Human factors ensure that that complex systems and environments accommodate the limitations and variability of human characteristics, reducing risk and optimising performance. This is a great opportunity to explore a vital discipline that shapes so much of the railway as we know it.
