The Railway Industry Association (RIA) is the trade body representing the UK rail supply industry, supporting a strong, sustainable, and globally competitive rail sector. As part of its commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion across the industry, RIA is hosting the Trailblazers Networking Reception - an annual event dedicated to building stronger cross-generational connections in rail.

The event supports the work of the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Charter, launched by RIA and Women in Rail in 2020. The Charter provides a framework for organisations to work collaboratively towards a more inclusive culture, and the Trailblazers initiative is a key part of that ongoing effort.

This year’s event will bring together professionals from across the sector, from early-career entrants to industry leaders, to share experiences, grow their networks, and celebrate the breadth of talent shaping the future of rail.
