Building Equality is a vital LGBTQ+ network within the rail and transport sectors, dedicated to promoting inclusion, fairness and support for LGBTQ+ professionals and allies. Through training, advocacy and community-building, they help create safer, more welcoming workplaces across the industry.

This July, Building Equality will be attending a series of Pride events across the UK, celebrating diversity and raising awareness of LGBTQ+ inclusion in rail. These events offer excellent opportunities to connect with the community, share experiences, and support the ongoing drive towards equality.
