This virtual event is designed to break down regional barriers and build strong connections across the entire UK rail network. This isn't just a random chat; it's a structured networking session built for maximum impact: What to Expect: Regional Leadership Kick-Off (12:00 PM): The event will begin with a short welcome and introductory remarks from the Chair and Vice-Chairs of key YRP regions: East Midlands, West Midlands, Wales, Western, Yorkshire & North East, and London & South East. Hear about what's happening in their regions and what YRP is achieving nationally. Facilitated Networking: Following the introductions, you will be placed into small, randomized breakout rooms. Conversation Roulette: Each room will be provided with conversation prompts to ensure lively and meaningful discussions. You’ll be guaranteed to network with YRP colleagues from different companies, disciplines, and geographical areas.
