Join guest speaker Lauren Calder, Senior Transformation Consultant, as she shares how self-doubt, vulnerability, and feedback have helped shape her career this far, and why confidence doesn’t come before action, it comes because of it.

Through honest reflection and practical insight, you’ll be invited to rethink what confidence really means, and how to start building it, even before you feel it.

The tech talk will start at 5:30pm and run until 7pm. This is a joint event with the IRSE Scottish Section, and we'll have our own exclusive area for YRP & IRSE members only! It will be a valuable opportunity to network, collaborate, and enhance your personal development.
